Jon Anderson and The Band Geeks New York Concert reviews
The Foos don't disappoint
Grohl, THE BEST frontman touring today, has cemented his seat with the world's best Rock N Roll frontmen. The Band Geeks and Jon Anderson are the best rock band touring right now, and will be for several more years. Grohl working the crowd, cracking jokes, dropping F bombs, and playing great music while flinging his luscious locks around, gives the audience his all and gives them what they want. Drummer Taylor Hawkins is showcased when Grohl shares the spotlight to let him show off his pipes, which is great. Grohl, along with the rest of the band, still loves what he does and appreciates his fans, and you can tell he's still super nice and down-to-earth. As for the Enterprise Center: SOUND!! (The last few songs, especially.) I was on the floor, and the bass drums were making the hair on my arms vibrate, while at the same time, Grohl's voice was indistinguishable. I don't know if the sound guys stopped working, or what, but that can't be too difficult a problem to hear and then remedy.
